2. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and the address or postcode where the work is needed.
- Job details: what the problem is, boiler make or model, fault codes and any photos you send.
- Payment records: what you paid and when. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages and call notes: emails, texts and notes from phone calls about your job.
3. Why we use it

We don’t sell your data, and we only send marketing if you’ve asked to receive it.
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe, to take card payments.
- Our email, phone and website hosting providers, to receive and reply to your enquiry.
- Partner engineers, if another Gas Safe registered engineer is sent to your job. They get only the details needed to attend.
- Our accountant and HMRC, for tax records.
- Gas Safe Register or manufacturers, where the law or a warranty requires it, for example notifying a boiler installation.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep job and payment records for 6 years after the work, as required for tax. Gas safety records are kept for as long as the rules require. Enquiries that don’t become a job are deleted after [12 months].
6. Cookies and this website
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which can see your IP address. [If you add Google Analytics or similar later, update this section and add a cookie banner.]
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop or limit how we use it. Email help@command247.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
